I would like to welcome you
to the PUREWives ministry.....
This has been a journey.
A painful journey made up of steep climbs and muddy valleys.
The message of PUREWives has not come easy to say the least.
However, I feel it has only just begun......
I am the
first to admit I do not have all the answers for the myriad of
situations represented in the audience, but I do know one thing:
the King of Kings and Lord of Lords knows YOUR heart. May
we invite His Presence, even now?? My desire is to give
you a message of the HEART - so your heart will be ministered
to. My prayer is that you and the Lord will become even
closer as a result of this ministry. That you and Him will
fellowship during the sessions. That HE will speak to you
and you will respond.
There
are never easy answers to tough questions.
The topics discussed in PUREWives are tough issues. It
take courage to address these issues honestly and it takes even
more courage to apply the principles shared. Just know one
thing: we are in this together. Not one of us is
alone in our struggles. He says He will never leave us or
forsake us and look around you - women just like you and I whose
stories would break our hearts if we sat down one by one and
shared them.
Ladies,
there are as many sexual scenarios and issues to discuss as
there are women in our midst. There is no way a 2 hour
workshop can address all the issues adequately - therefore, may
I suggest PUREWives being a place to 'start'? I am but one
woman, crying out for someone to please do something with this
mess our world is in!! I am passionate because I have been
broken and the pieces aren't pretty. But as you watch the
pieces come together in this workshop will you please catch a
vision for what YOU can DO in your little corner of the world?!
Will
you become passionate to fight FOR what is right to fight for!!?
If it is your marriage - then fight for it!! If it is for
your husband - then fight FOR him!! If it is your freedom
from sin - then fight FOR freedom!! The battle cry for
PUREWives is PURITY - pure hearts, souls, and minds with pure
motives!!
I do
want you to know ahead of time that this is not a victim's
advocate ministry. I detest staying in the slough of
despond. It stinks there because it is all about ME.
I have spent way too many hours in the pity party mode and it
goes no where but down a slippery slope. There are no
answers awaiting us in the dark hole of me-vision. Yes, I
feel your pain - because I felt every aching tendon of my own -
but praise be to God - He put people in my life that would
not allow me to stay there!! Therefore, by their example
I, too, will not encourage you to stay there. It is a dead
end street. And it stinks.
So let's
pick ourselves up, brush off the filth, put aside all our
expectations and open our eyes and.....Together, let's BEHOLD
HIM!!
